- Click Privacy and security in the left sidebar.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Set the Time range to All time.

- Click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (three lines) in the top-right corner.
- Select History, then Clear Recent History.
- Set the Time range to Everything.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and Cache.
- Click OK.
Safari (iPhone/iPad — iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps, then select Safari from the list.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Choose your preferred time range (select All History to clear everything).
- Tap Clear History to confirm.
Still having issues?
If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the problem, try the following:
- Try a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific
- Disable any browser extensions or ad blockers, as these can sometimes block media content
- Check your internet connection — slow or unstable connections can prevent media from loading
- Ensure your browser is up to date
If images or videos are still not displaying, contact our Support Team and let us know which browser and device you're using, so we can look into it further.
