How do I change or reset my password?

This guide explains how to update your password or request a reset if you've forgotten it.

Change your password

1. Click My Profile — you'll be redirected to your profile overview.
2. Click the Settings button to go to your profile settings.
3. Under your account details, locate the Change Password option and enter your new password.
4. Click Save to confirm the change.

Reset a forgotten password

If you don't know your current password, you have two options:

From your profile settings:

1. Follow steps 1–2 above to reach your profile settings.
2. Click Reset my Password (located above the Save button) — a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.

From the login page:

1. On the site's landing page, click Forgot your Password?
2. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.

Note: Once logged in with your temporary password, we recommend changing it immediately via your profile settings.
